Do you feel frustrated by seeing litter lying around your street, park or local beach? Then why not adopt that spot and volunteer to help keep your spot litter-free.
Individuals, community groups, businesses or school communities can volunteer with the Adopt-a-Spot program and contribute to a cleaner environment. You receive free resources to help, insurance cover if you need it and an Adoption Certificate.
MEHG is a member of the Keep Australia Beautiful Council and we’re the official KAB representative for the Mandurah area. Our aims are to encourage and support residents to Adopt a Spot and to carry out clean-up activities.
Fill in the registration form or contact our KAB Representative Lisa at KAB@mehg.org if you need support in organising your proposed clean-up(s) in the Mandurah area, or you’d like free publicity, or you’d like to know where to pick up bags, gloves, tongs, etc.

Coastal Waste Warriors have three Clean Up in a Box Toolkits for litter clean-ups in the Mandurah region which they lend out free of charge.
They contain everything you and your group will need to safely conduct a litter clean-up.
